“Szarlotka”, an apple cake

Here we introduce to you a Polish apple cake, Szarlotka. 【Ingredients 】Makes one square pan of cake <Dough/crust> 300g flour 250g butter 5 tablespoons sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 egg A dash of vanilla essence <Filling> 1.5kg (about 8) apples 2 tablespoons sugar Cinnamon powder, to taste Powdered sugar to garnish 【Instructions】 ①Make the dough.
