80g<br>\u3000egg yolk 1<br>\u3000granulated sugar 40g<br>\u3000flour 120g<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cbCoating<br>\u3000Egg 1<br>\u3000granulated sugar dosage<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Instructions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2605<\/strong>Make apple chips<br>Preparation<br>Preheat the oven to 100\u00b0C.<br>Make 0.1% salt water in a bowl (200 ml of water, about 0.2 g of a pinch of salt)<br><span style=\"color:#cf2e2e\" class=\"tadv-color\">1. <\/span>Take the apple skin and core, slice it into 2 mm thick, and add it to salt water to prevent browning.<br><span style=\"color:#cf2e2e\" class=\"tadv-color\">2. <\/span>Wipe off the moisture of the apples with a paper towel, arrange them on a baking board with cooking paper, and dry them in an oven preheated at 100 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column style=\"color:#cf2e2e\" class=\"tadv-color\">3. <\/span>Put the apple chips in a plastic bag or the like, beat them with a bean stick, add them to a bowl of 2 and mix.<br><span style=\"color:#cf2e2e\" class=\"tadv-color\">4. <\/span>Add the sieving flour and mix it with a rubber ber.(*A little powdery remains.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ringodaigaku.com\/ringo_blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/recipe_191_4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10601\" width=\"300\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color:#cf2e2e\" class=\"tadv-color\">5. <\/span>Put the dough into a wrap, put it in a stick about 3 cm in diameter, and cool in the freezer for more than 2 hours.(Easy to put together in a cookies<br><span style=\"color:#cf2e2e\" class=\"tadv-color\">1. <\/span>Preheat the oven to 160C.<br><span style=\"color:#cf2e2e\" class=\"tadv-color\">2. <\/span>The beaten egg and the granulated class=\"tadv-color\">Tips!<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*Immediately after baking, it is still soft, but it becomes hard when it cools, so be careful not to overcook it.<br>*Remove from the oven and cool as soon as it is baked so that it is not overcooked with residual heat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the high school students who thought about the recipe, they give us following advice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Apples have a lot of moisture, and there was a problem that they did not come together well with the dough as they were raw, and the taste of apples did not taste when cut into small pieces.<br>Therefore, in order to reduce moisture, it was dried and made easy to mix with the dough, and by drying, the taste was concentrated and delicious.<br>Apple chips can also be stored, so I think it can be used not only for cookies but also for various dishes.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>When I actually sampled cookies made by high school students, the light brittle texture of the cookies is felt firmly, and it is a very delicious cookie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2
