Place a baking sheet onto a baking pan. Heat the oven to 180 degrees C.<br \/>\nB. Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and granulated sugar.<br \/>\nC. Wash the apple and quarter it into thin slices. (In the shape of a fan or gingko leaves)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Procedure:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Add the butter to (B), then rub it in with your fingers until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. Add the apple and raisins.<br \/>\n2. Mix the egg, yogurt and milk in a bowl.<br \/>\n3. Stir in (2.) to make a soft and pliable dough. Adjust the amount of liquid. Knead gently until the dough comes together in a ball.<br \/>\n4. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface, and roll dough out into a 2 cm thickness. Cut into your favorite shapes with a sharp knife or use a glass to cut into circles. Place onto the prepared baking pan. Bake about 15 minutes in the oven until golden brown.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-95 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ringodaigaku.com\/ringo_blog\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/01\/f92d417cb54b0d9e4ed8d49481b7f5a9.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" height=\"188\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Crispy outside and soft inside. Less sugar makes it tastier, with a rich aroma and the flavor of apples.
