Ingredients for 4 persons
- Apple 1
- Potato 2
- Onion 1/2
- Butter 30g
- Consommé (granules) 2 tsp
- Water 600cc
- Fresh cream 2 tbsp
- Salt & pepper As you like
Melt half of the butter in a pan, sauté the onion over medium heat, and when the aroma appears, add the remaining butter, potatoes, and apples and fry quickly.
Add water and granule consommé, and when it boils, reduce the heat to low and simmer until the skewers pass through the potatoes.
Remove from heat and pour in a blender until smooth, then heat again and season with cream, salt and pepper.
You can add nutmeg, cinnamon, black pepper, etc. if you like.
You can also add spices, chopped parsley, etc. if you like.
