Glazed Apple Dipped in Chocolate
but chocolate coated ones are superb. And suitable for a gift.
Ingredients
- 2 Apples
- 30% of the weight of apples Granulated sugar
- 1 TBS Lemon juice
- 100g Chocolate

Line the wedges on the baking pan lined with baking sheet. Dry them in the oven for 1 hr. at 100 to 120°C, without preheating.
5. Cooking apples:

Change the sheet, turn apples upside down and dry again in the oven for another hour.
Tips
- It takes time to dry glazed apples, do it slowly and deliberately without scorching.
- You may use either bitter or milk chocolate.
- When glazing, may add cinnamon or liqueur of your choice.
