Moist and soft glazed apple. It surely tastes perfect,
but chocolate coated ones are superb. And suitable for a gift.

Tips

- It takes time to dry glazed apples, do it slowly and deliberately without scorching.
- You may use either bitter or milk chocolate.
- When glazing, may add cinnamon or liqueur of your choice.
