Homemade Apple Tea

By infusing fresh apples, both flavor and aroma remain in the tea.

Ingredients (serves 2 to 3 cups)

  • 1 Apple
  • 600cc Water
  • 2 Teabags

Instructions

1. 1. Core the apple and cut into 12 equal wedges.

2. 2. Place the apple and water in a saucepan and bring to a full boil.  Reduce to a simmer for 3 min.

Tips

Add a touch of honey or cinnamon to the tea, as desired.

The cooked apple doesn’t taste good as is from the pan. Serve with honey or yogurt.
