Apples and Medicinal Cuisine

The word “medicinal cuisine” will make many people imagine a medicinal pot dish with Chinese crude drugs or a medicinal curry with a lot of spices. That’s not far off the mark. However, the medicinal cuisine essentially means a meal which is prepared to fit a person’s physical condition. It was developed from the Chinese medicine, based on the theory of Chinese traditional philosophy.
