“Szarlotka”, an apple cake

Here we introduce to you a Polish apple cake, Szarlotka. 【Ingredients 】Makes one square pan of cake ＜Dough/crust＞ 300g flour 250g butter 5 tablespoons sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 egg A dash of vanilla essence ＜Filling＞ 1.5kg (about 8) apples 2 tablespoons sugar Cinnamon powder, to taste Powdered sugar to garnish 【Instructions】 ①Make the dough.
