【Ingredients】（4 pieces）
| 1 apple |
| 2 frozen pie sheets(150 mm and 235 mm) |
| 40g granulated sugar |
| 40g butter |
| Dash cinnamon powders |
| 1 egg yolk |
| 1 tbsp water |
【Instructions】
Preparation Preheat oven to 200 celsius (400 F)
1. Cut pie sheets into halves and put them on baking sheet with cooking paper.
2. Dice the butter into 7-8mm squares
3. Cut the apples into 4 equals and get rid of the core, then slice to a thickness of 2 to 3 mm
4. Neatly arrange sliced apple with overlapping a part on the pie sheets
5. Dissolve yolk with water, then spread it on the sliced apples and pie by brush
6. Sprinkle granulated sugar and sinnamon powder, then scatter the butter on the apple all over.
7. Bake 20 to 25 minutes in preheated oven. When the pie is browned, it’s baked.

Sliced apple in even thickness, it looks better.
