Soft maple braised apple and chicken thighs
Ingredients for 4 persons
Apple 1

salt koji 1 tbsp

Instructions
1) Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces, put them in a plastic bag, rub them together with the shio-koji and let them sit for about 10 minutes.
2)the apple into large bite-sized pieces, and shred the perilla leaves for decoration.
3)Heat a pot over medium heat, then add the chicken thighs and apples, skin side down, and fry until lightly browned on both sides. (You don’t need to add oil)
