Healthy! Salted rice malt clam chowder with apple and scallop

Ingredients (For 4 people)

Onion(Thinly sliced) Half
Potato(1cm dice) 1
Carrot(1cm dice) 30g
Apple(1cm dice) Half
Small scallop 150g
Shimeji mushroom (loosen by hand)

Soy milk 400g
Salted rice malt 1 tablespoon
Rice flour 1 tablespoon
White pepper a little
parsley a little


1) Put 3 tablespoons of water (out of quantity) and ★ ingredients in a saucepan,sprinkle with a pinch of salt (out of the amount) and cover, and simmer over low heat until the ingredients are tender.

2)Add rice flour and mix it throughout.

3)☆ Put in, make it medium heat, and if it is normal, it makes it to low heat. Simmer until thick.

4)Add the white pepper and mix to taste.

5)Serve in a bowl, sprinkle parsley, and complete.
